House Manager
Michele manages one of Haynes’ satellite residences, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. She oversees daily operations, collaborates with medical professionals, and communicates closely with families to ensure compassionate, accountable care—including medication management.
Now in her 15th year of recovery, Michele brings personal insight and empathy to her role. Once facing addiction alone, she knows the strength it takes to ask for help. As a mentor and leader of a peer-led community group, she offers practical support and unwavering belief that recovery is possible for anyone ready to pursue it.
