Dale brings over 22 years of experience in the field of addiction, a journey that began with his own first-hand experience of residential treatment in 2003. Since then, he has worked with some of the UK’s leading private treatment providers and gained valuable insights from time spent working in Europe and the United States.
His broad experience has given him in-depth knowledge of addiction rehabilitation, particularly in guiding both clients and their families through the often-overwhelming early stages of considering residential treatment or addiction therapy.
Dale understands the magnitude of the challenge addiction presents and believes that the team ethic and professional standards at The Haynes Clinic are second to none. “We’ve created a family-like environment, which is so important in supporting our clients and their families.”
Drawing on his extensive background in addiction care and his time spent across a range of treatment centres, Dale contributes expert advice through web content, blogs, and help guides that highlight the transformative power of private recovery.
Interestingly, Dale’s professional journey was not a conventional one. He originally studied performing arts and English literature, later attending drama school in the mid1990s.
“It was an unexpected path, but an effortless decision to dedicate our lives to helping others and deepening our understanding every day.”
